At Everton Forever, we want every Toffee to be satisfied with their gear. If your order isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund or exchange.
